Three years ago today we received the greatest early Christmas gift ever...our sweet Maggie Lowe! Maggie is such a fun loving, free spirited little girl. She loves to dress up like a princess and romp around like a monkey and sing at the top of her lungs. She really, truly loves the little things in life - like flowers and stuffed animals! She is happy and full of life....and today she is 3! Here's to you Mags!
Santa came early this year and brought something extra special for Maggie and Joe...a brand new playset in the backyard!! Needless to say, they have been loving it. Along with lots of swinging and sliding, Maggie likes to pretend she's in Neverland, plotting scenes from Peter Pan. She, of course, plays Tinkerbell...Daddy is Peter Pan, Mommy is Wendy, and Joe is Captain Hook! I'm just waiting for the day I see her trying to fly out of the tower. ;-)
Nice outfit, huh?
Little Captain Hook loves the slide the most!

Enough's enough...From here on out I will be a better blogger! That's all I have to say about that. Our Fall has been fun, but instead of playing catchup on everything we did, I think I'll just start fresh. So, here goes...
This is probably not going to look like your average Thanksgiving post. No pictures of turkey or pumpkin pie or people with swelling bellies. How about we discuss a favorite little stingray named Mr. Ray, a birthday party for a princess, and kids running wild on the beach? We did the feast but we did it in style at the beach with Nana and Pop, and Sarah, Chris and Miles. It was a great weekend and one that reminded us of all we have to be thankful for! Enough said!
One of the kids' favorite things to do at the beach is go visit their friend Mr. Ray at the park. Maggie especially never tires of saying Hi to him.
This is Ray:
Maggie and Joe saying Hi.
Joe loved splashing in the water.
After visiting Mr. Ray, we took a walk down the boardwalk over the marsh. What a gorgeous day and a cute little munchkin!
Maggie's birthday isn't for a couple more weeks, but we decided it would be fun to have her party at the beach. She had her best buddies Joe and Miles there and of course Nana and Pop and her Auntie Sarah and Uncle Chris. We had princess decorations and balloons. She loved every minute of it!
Blowing out the candles is serious business!
Playing with her new Groovy Girl bed.
Yippee - a new princess bike!
And last but not least, we can never get enough of running and playing on the beach!
